The seminarians would be provided with a handbook containing the basic guidelines concerning the formation process in the seminary. However, it is good to take note of the following guidelines, which are intended to create an ambience for formation.

The Seminarians are expected to strictly follow the guidelines given by the seminary for the usage of cellular phones. Online transactions of any type is strictly prohibited.   

The seminarians are encouraged to present themselves well in dress and behaviour. They are expected to have a regular haircut and be well groomed.

The language of the community is English, and the language of the apostolate is Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. The seminarians are encouraged to speak in English to create an inclusive community. However, there are enough opportunities for seminarians to develop their language of apostolate.
